i was surprised i had never heard of this dispensary, especially since it has a drive-thru! it did not disappoint. I had some troubles with paying but the employee, silas, was so patient. after a draining shift, to have them be so friendly, bright, and helpful was so nice. they set me up an account quickly and made wonderful conversion. what a first impression! I will be back, thank you :)

Austin at the north Kansas City location is just awesome. He’s fun to talk to, knowledgeable, and just gives a great customer experience. He does well with people of all different knowledge levels when they’re shopping. Just a dude who seems genuinely pumped to be at a job he loves talking about a plant he loves. KCC always has the best deals and best customer service. It doesn’t matter what location.
